Open the browser where the required item is located.
Select the item you wish to export.
Drag the item from the browser to the Export to Ascii icon.
The Ascii export options window will appear.
To select only a few items use the red arrow.
Click on the item you wish to export from the Available fields list.
Click on the red arrow pointing right.
The selected item will display in the Included Fields list.
Repeat these steps until all required items have been selected.
Follow these same steps to remove an item from the Included Fields list, except select the item in the Included Fields list and use the red arrow pointing left.
To select all the items use the blue arrow
Clicking on the blue arrow pointing right will select all items for export. All the items in the Available Fields list will appear in the Included Fields list.
Click OK once all the items have been selected.
Select the folder where you want to save the file.
Enter the name in the file name box.
Click on Open.
