Adding an Individual to a Group


  1. Open the group that the individuals will be added to.
    • Click on the group icon in the toolbar to open the group browser.
    • Double click on the group to open the data view screen.
  2. Close the group browser by clicking on the X to the top right of the browser screen.
  3. Open either the organization browser or the individual browser by using the icons on the toolbar. If you are using the organization browser you need to be on the Organization's Individuals tab.
  4. Locate the individual to add to the group.
  5. Click on the individual but do not release the mouse button.
  6. While pressing the button on the mouse drag the individual to the group listing.
  7. Once your cursor is located over the group listing release the mouse button.
    • The display next to cursor will display a circle with a line through it until you are over the correct part of the group screen. A page will display when the cursor is over the group listing.
  8. The individual's name will now appear in the group listing.
