Adding a New Organization with the Wizard


  1. Click on the wizard button.
  2. The wizard screen will appear
  3. Enter the name of the organization you wish to enter into the database.
  4. All organizations with a similar name will appear in the Existing Organizations list below.
    • If the organization or an organization with the same name has already been entered the system will advise and inquire if you wish to enter the organization again. Answer Yes to continue or No to end the process.
    • The system will also advise if the organization does not currently exist in the database and inquire if you wish to add it. Answer Yes to continue or No to end the process.
  5. The organization details screen will appear.
  6. Enter the required information by using the tab key for navigation. Tab moves forward, Shift and Tab moves backward.
  7. Click on Next to continue.
  8. Adding an individual to the organization.
  9. Use the middle box to determine if the individual has already been entered into the database. The name must be entered in a Last name First name format. If the individual was previously entered into the database their name will appear in the Existing Individuals list.
  10. To enter an individual, enter the individual's name in the Last Name and First Name boxes and click on Next to continue.
  11. The individual detail screen appears.
  12. Add the required information to the to the screen by using the tab key for navigation. Tab moves forward and Shift tab moves backward.
  13. Click on Next when you are ready to continue.
  14. The last section of the wizard gives you three options.
    • Add records to the database and close wizard - The records will be added to the database and you will be returned back to your original screen.
    • Add records to database, restart the wizard - The records will be added to the database and you will be returned back to the first section of the wizard.
    • Add records and another individual to the organization - The records will be added to the database and you will be returned to the screen for entering an individual.
  15. Click on your required option then click on Finish.
  16. You will be returned to the organization screen with the organization you entered displayed in the data view screen.
  17. You can also
    • Click on Back to change any information previously entered.
    • Click on cancel to end the process without adding the records to the database.
  18. Note: You will need to go into the organization and / or individual to add any additional information you did not enter in the wizard.
