Click on Start (located on the bottom left corner of your windows screen)
Click on Programs (If you placed Member Advantage in your own folder you
will need to go to that folder)
Click on Member Advantage
Click on Backup
The Member Advantage backup screen appears.
There are two tabs to the Member Advantage backup screen
Backup - This screen is where the backup process is performed.
Restore - This screen assist in restoring the information from a backup.
If the Backup screen is not displaying click on the Backup tab.
Click on Backup Membership Data.
In the Look-In dialogue box locate where you wish to store the backup.
In the File Name dialogue box enter the name of the backup.
Click on Open to continue.
If the file does not exist the system will ask if you wish to create one.
Yes - Will create the file and continue the process.
No - Will bring you back to the Create Zip Archive screen.
The system will display messages regarding where it is in the process. If you receive an error message about being unable to add Paradox.net, Pdoxusrs.net, Pdoxusrs.lck, or Paradox.lck ignore them. Any other error message indicates that the backup process has failed. Verify that all users have exited Member Advantage(tm) and try again.
These files can be sent via email by sending the file as an attachment.
