All Users must be out of Member Advantage before this process is run. Click on the Access tab then click on Check for Users to verify if anyone is logged in.
If there are users on Member Advantage you have two options they are:
Stop Member Advantage - Will send a message to the user warning them to exit Member Advantage. Once they click OK they have 2 minutes to exit Member Advantage.
Kill Member Advantage - Will send a message to the user warning them to exit Member Advantage and will begin the 2 minute countdown immediately.
Once all users have exited Member Advantage click on the Backup Tab.
Click on the Membership Data button.
The system will request you to name the backup file and determine where it should be saved. Enter the required information then click on the Open button to begin the backup process. The only error you may receive will be concerning the Pdoxusrs.net file. If you receive this error click OK to continue. If you receive any other errors the backup process did not complete correctly. Please write down the errors and contact IC Solutions.
Once the backup is complete click on the Repair Expert Tab.
Click on the Prepare Tables button
The system will state that there are no users on Member Advantage. Click OK.
Click on the Batch Repair button.

The Batch Repair and Rebuild screen will appear.
Using the pull down menu, choose CIC2000 for the Batch Database dialogue box.
Keep all other options at the default settings.
Click on the Verify and Rebuild button
The system will review all tables to determine if there are any errors and try to fix them.
Click on the View Error Table button. This option will only work if there are errors to report. This can be determined by reviewing the bottom screen. It will display the action performed on each table.
At this point you have three options they are:
If errors were found but they could not be corrected proceed to step 6 Single Table Repair.
If errors were found but corrected proceed to step 7 Restore Tables.
If no errors were found proceed to step 8 Clean Up Old Repaired Tables.
Single Table Repair
Click on the Single Table Repair option
Click on the Browse button to locate the table you wish to review
Click on the Data folder.
Select the table you wish to review.
Click the Verify Table Integrity button
The system will advise if the integrity is satisfactory or not.
Click on the Rebuild Table button
The system will review the data and advise if the table has been corrected. If the table was not corrected contact IC Solutions support. If the table was corrected proceed to the restore tables process.
Restore Tables
Click on the Restore Tables button located on the Repair Expert tab and proceed to the Clean Up Old Repaired Tables.
Clean Up Old Repaired tables
Click on the Clean Up Old Repaired Tables located on the Repair Expert tab and re-enable access to Member Advantage.
Re-Enable Access to Member Advantage
Click on the Access Tab
Click on Enable Member Advantage
Click on the Close button to close the Member Advantage Administrator.
