IC Solutions provides product specific telephone technical support during normal business. Telephone support is provided to those customers that have a technical support agreement. The technical support agreement describes the different fees associated with telephone support. Telephone support is limited to questions and problems specific to IC Solution Products and Services. We do not support operating systems or other software. Unlimited technical support is available via our web based case system.
